Summary of this Tutorial:
Make sure your spreadsheet has header names that the plugin uses.
post_title is the title of the post and post_content is the content of the post.
the status you would want for post_status should be draft.
Then install and activate the Simple CSV Importer plugin.
Go to Tools, Import and click on CSV to upload the file.
