Video content is a must-have part of your content strategy. This is even truer now that YouTube lets marketers target users based on their search history.
YouTube advertising is more targeted than ever, and it’s less competitive real estate than the world of Google Search because video content is newer to the content scene and less popular than blog posts.
Trueview Youtube ads or video discovery ads is the pretty standard of youtube ads, but if you’re looking for running an alternative youtube ad type, midroll ads might be the one that will fit your online business needs.
If you’re planning to run a midroll ads youtube campaign, you still have to make sure the video ad content to benefit the consumers, to provide targeted content to your profiled customers, and to be engaging and immersive.
Viewers are less likely to skip mid roll ads because as a user watches the video until past 15 seconds, they are more engaged and more likely to finish the content. This is a great alternative to pre-roll youtube video ads which may instantly turn off your audience.
