This is a quick recap for day 16 and 17 is starting the Kickstarter a lot of really cool things happening in these last two days I actually have a full explanation of my exact strategy my marketing strategy as far as it deals with podcasters I filmed it right before I talked to rob walls and Rob Wolf's if you don't know is a really big deal. So it's really cool that it came on my pocket very big deal within the whole paleo and CrossFit community. So I don't want to spoil that I'm gonna I'll save that for right after this quick update but here's a list of some of the people that I interviewed just a small handful of the people I had Tristen Haggard who is a YouTube guy really big on keto a good decent YouTube following really fun conversation.
I really enjoyed that one I'll play a little sample of that in the video as well I have Matt and Megha who have a YouTube channel all about ketogenic Kido the ketogenic diet basically really fun conversation with them as well Cristina's Yardley oh I'm Carly oh I'm pronouncing the last name wrong do a clip of that maybe even a clip of her talking about her name because I can't pronounce it apparently rot yeah like I said Rob Wolfe also had on it got his spin on the podcast before he is Dr. Andrew Hill I've actually done he has the program where you can do neurofeedback and if you go to my Instagram it's I think it's just tried to smart the awning or Travis Marziani go my Instagram actually have pictures of myself doing neurofeedback I got a check which is like a brain mapping before and after the training and it actually improved my brain I had a little bit of damage from football got hit in the head a lot.
So I had some damage here and some damage here and the training that he did we did together the neural feedback or I used two facilities to do helped it helped heal it helped get blood flow into the area kind of rebuilding that scar tissue damage and stuff like that we talked about this extensively in the podcast how to do your tawny podcast but that's just a quick update I'm sure there's a lot more people I interviewed but that's a big part of my strategy and I'll never go into more detail it about that in this segment right now also up at the end I'll play a few different examples of the interviews I've done and if you're interested in hearing the full interviews go to how to do your twenties calm or search how to do your twenties on iTunes and you can see all of that cartoon getting ready for my interview with Rob wolf.
