Burning Out is something many of your told me you're experiencing. Burnout and exhaustion can be frustrating, so lets talk about how to deal with burnout or even avoid it all together.

When I was working a 9 to 5 Burnout was a constant threat and struggle. Doing content on YouTube as much as I do many people ask me if I ever struggle with burnout, and the answer is no, not really. But that is because I take a very practical approach to dealing with burnout and I've learned over the years how to avoid it.
It's part of the reason I didn't focus on a narrow niche with my content even though I could theoretically grow a channel fast that way, it just wasn't for me, I would burnout easily if I didn't switch things up constantly.
Hopefully this video gives you some practical ways you can avoid burnout in your career or even in your creative pursuits.
