There are several simple, creative things you can do as a small business owner to get the message out that you’re open. First, update your business profiles like Google My Business and Yelp. This is the first place people will look and lets customers know your doors are open. Instagram Live Stories gives you the opportunity to post a countdown timer to create a buzz about your reopening. On Facebook, you can create events that customers can RSVP to, post about your hygiene protocols and use the space to engage with customers. For a brick and mortar business, you can print flyers with all the information customers need to help them feel safe coming inside again. People want to come support your business— it’s time to let them know you’re open.
