The host I used for the test is Cloudways https://www.wpcrafter.com/cloudways
There was no caching on the website and varnish was disabled on the server.
Methodology for the speed test was to install a fresh Astra Site, install Elementor Pro, perform speed test. Then in the video, we added some parallax effects, saved the page, then retested the site.
