Sierra Deodhari knows firsthand the vast difference between training for a new sport like karate and starting a new business. Starting karate at a very young age and winning multiple competitions, Sierra had the opportunity to train with world champions and karate masters that helped build up her self-confidence, strength and connections with athletes of all ages. But she realized not many kids like her had these same opportunities, so she created Just Imagine 2020 — a free international karate seminar for youth athletes to expand their skills. To put on these seminars, Sierra had to raise thousands of dollars each time to help pay the world champions to give their invaluable virtual training. Her sell-out seminars were such a success that it inspired her to become a young entrepreneur so she could continue making a difference. She knew her brand, Sierra Karate, needed a professional website to sell merch and showcase behind-the-scenes content that reveals who she is and her mission to help youth athletes around the world learn karate at home. With the help of GoDaddy guides, this 12-year-old entrepreneur learned how to easily set up, design and navigate her website to make it her own. With her glass-half-full mentality, Sierra proves that an entrepreneur is anyone who starts a business, no matter how big or small.
