With the launch of the Gutenberg page builder, it's time to evaluate the current page builder landscape. Which is the best page builder system for your online business? Each page builder has a dedicated group of followers that will claim it to be the best for everyone, at all times.

But we are smarter than that, we know that just can't be true.

So I decided to launch an experiment to prove this once and for all.

In this series of videos, I am going to pit the best page builders on the market today against each other:

Divi
Elementor
Thrive Architect
Brizy
and.... Gutenberg?

We will run this experiment as scientifically as possible.

Together we will recreate a template home page that includes advanced layouts, multiple elements, button styling, and most of the essential components you would need out of any page builder.

And we will create a brand new wordpress install with zero plugins or performance tweaks installed (except for the page builder itself), and I will recreate the exact some home page with you - click by click.

Using the same image files, same design principles, and same hosting company.

This should give the most scientific side by side comparison possible to decide which tool will perform best for you.

At the end of each build, I will run 5 speed tests using GTmetrix.com's speed testing tool in order to see which one creates the most lightweight page speed.

Finally, I will evaluate each page builder on ease of use, speed to build, and resulting page speed, all so that you can create the best website of your life in 2019!
