Male Speaker: Ladies and gentleman, gracing the stage here at the Uptown Club, it's Belle Phenomene.
Belle Phenomene: My name is Belle Phenomene. My website is bellep.com. I'm a burlesque performer, singer, and model. Describing what burlesque is is a really hard thing. If you ask five different burlesque performers, they'll probably give you five different answers on what is burlesque. And it's quite interesting, but it's evolved. As soon as I get there, I just get like lots and lots of energy. It makes me feel good. It's a nice night out. A friend of mine recommended Wix when I realized I needed a website to put on the business cards so that people had somewhere to go to find out about me and my shows. There comes a point in your career where you realize you need a website. When I first went into Wix, I'd looked at another site before, and I just found the templates to be really generic and hard to use, but the thing with Wix is that all of their templates are set up like a website. You can access what they look like in existing websites, so it's really easy to see how it works and how you could pull it together. But I know nothing about making websites. I don't know how to code, I didn't know how to get a domain. I made it all myself and people were really pleased like they thought it was really attractive.
