Welcome to Wix Bookings, the easiest way to get booked and paid online.

In just a few clicks, your customers can book appointments, classes, events and more right on your website. And it’s 100% commission free.

Today we'll show you how to quickly setup and manage your bookings.

First, let’s add your Private and Group Services.

Click Manage Bookings to open your booking system and select Private or Group.
Click Add a New Service and enter your information (like your service name, duration, hours and price)

Next, easily set up online payments so you can get paid anytime, anywhere.
Go to Payments and click Get Paid via PayPal or Stripe to connect your account.

To get instant updates on the go, sync your Wix Bookings and Google Calendars.
Just click Calendar and Sync Google Calendar.

Now add your business information, so customers will know what you’re all about.
Go to your Business Info and fill in your name, address and business hours.
It’s a good idea to turn on Automatic Reminder Emails, so your clients never miss a meeting.

Let’s set up one last thing: Your staff calendars, so as your business grows, you can manage everything in one place. To add a new staff member, first, click Staff, next click the Plus sign.

Enter your staff member’s name, email, phone number and photo.

Then select Sync Google Calendar to quickly connect their schedule to yours.


And that’s it! You’re all set to take bookings, accept payments and manage your business online.
