We did it! We reached 50K subscribers! Thank you! In this video I will tell you a bit about the whole process of how this channel came to life.

No tutorial
In 2012 I told someone about my idea to start making Wordpress tutorials on the internet. He said: 'I don't think something like that suits you. You should do something else.' Guess what. I did not start. Why? Because I thought he was right. I thought it did not suit me.

2 years later in oktober 2014 I made my first video for this Youtube channel. It was part one of a video series on how to make a Wordpress website. A 9 minute video that only showed how to get webhosting. For eight months there came no part two. Why? Because I thought:
My english is not good.
It is too hard for me.
Others are better than me.

My First Tutorial
But then in 2015 someone invited me to do a live webinar on how to make a website. The only condition was that I would make a video prior to the webinar that had the same content. So I recorded my computer screen and created a 2 hour video on how to make a website.

Then I thought: If I can do this in Dutch I can do it in english. So the next night I recorded my computer screen for 4 hours while I created a complete website. I found out that because of the length of the video the audio failed. But I thought that I can do it a second time. So the next night I created exactly the same website while recording, but this time with an external audio device. The audio failed again, but not of the external mic. After the edit I uploaded the video to Youtube. I knew from that moment on that I can make Wordpress tutorials.

The Lesson
The major lesson I learned from this process is that your thoughts are really important in your life!
When I thought that I was not good enough to create video tutorials I created no video tutorials.
But when I started thinking that I could do it I started doing it. And it worked!

If you repeat an action or a thought over and over again it will go to your unconscious mind. And whatever is on your unconscious mind pops up whenever it wants to. So when there are 2 persons. One is always positive and one is always negative. And the same bad situation occurs to both persons. The positive one will say: Wow, this is through, but we will figure a way out to solve this. The negative person will say: I thought this would happend. Why does this always happen to me. I am screwed.

So, what should happend if you want to be more positive in life and reach more in life? You should have more positive thoughts in your unconscious mind! Because this sounds crazy but it seems to be true: Whatever is in your unconscious mind, that you will attract. So if it is fear, you will attract fear. If it is success. You will attract success.

If someone always thinks negative and he gets an offer to start a promising business but needs to stop his well paying job for it, he will probably say. I choose the safety I have with my current job. Here I get paid and I am save. I can not start a business now, what if I fail.

But if someone always things positive and he gets the same offer to start a promising business, he is more likely to quit his current job and start the business, because I knows that he can do it and become more successful.

If the majority of your 70.000 thoughts per day are negative, you can have quite a hard life. You see a lot of fear. Don’t believe in yourself, don’t get excited about new opportunities. It seems like a hard life to me! I have been there. Always saying what is going wrong in my life. Blaming who I am. Blaming others. But now I am positive! I do not worry! I believe that I can add value to other peoples lives. I believe I am awesome! And that changed by changing my thinking! How can you change your thinking?

By changing what you perceive with your 5 senses. Especially what you hear and what you see. Thoughts come in through your 5 senses. So I would say. Stop reading all the negative news and start reading positive news! Read some good books about humans capabilities. Fill yourself with thoughts of hope. Thoughts of encouragements. Because it will benefit you in the long run, but not only you! Also others! Since I see what people are capable of I can encourage others to achieve great things in life. And if they say they can’t I can show them where I come from and where I am going now!

If I still would think I could not make Wordpress tutorials I wouldn’t have this channel. But because I started seeing that I can make tutorials, I am where I am right know, serving others and making a living with what I love to do! And you can do the same!

You can change your life by changing your thoughts! So I say to you: Fill yourself with positive thoughts. Learn things. Become a better version of yourself and be a blessing to your to the world!
