How to Be More Confident and How to Overcome Imposter Syndrome. Becoming more self-confident, building your self-esteem and slaying your demons isn't easy or simple. Overcoming imposter syndrome and self-doubt is something that can only happen through taking action and being consistent.

HOW TO BUILD SELF CONFIDENCE
Self-confidence in my experience comes from having measurable results and progress. Confidence is a result of evidence of your value, evidence of your value and self-worth comes from taking meaningful action to produce something you can be proud of. Giving yourself an obtainable task and achieving it will build confidence and make you desire consistency.

That is why I say "Create Something Awesome Today". It is an almost guaranteed way to build self-esteem, self-confidence, and good habits. When you create something awesome, you are creating something you can be proud of... having that as daily goal creates consistency and momentum and a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. These are essential to you feeling confident in yourself and your abilities and will give you a feeling of control over your emotions and view of yourself.

OVERCOMING IMPOSTER SYNDROME
The way you beat imposter syndrome is to recognize it is a lie... and a lie is defeated by a truth. The truth comes down to your actions... imposter syndrome and self-doubt are just words, your actions can speak louder than them. Truth, is incontrovertible and actions betray a lie for what it is. Bury the lies under the weight of your work. That is how you will free yourself from imposter syndrome and build your self-esteem.

ELIMINATE BARRIERS TO SELF-ESTEEM
Things that tear down your self-esteem are not something to endure or get over.. eliminate them absolutely and as quickly as possible. This may be easier said than done, but the sooner the better, and if it requires more work, do that work... make it an absolute priority.
