Are you thinking of hiring a virtual assistant or a freelancer to outsource a job? Hiring my first freelancer and eventually, my first Virtual Assistant is a big turning point for my business. It made my life so much easier and helped me generate more money for my e-commerce business. In this video, I'll be comparing three freelancing platforms: Upwork, Fiverr and Onlinejobs.ph. I'll be discussing the Pros and Cons of each platform and help you determine which one is best for you.

Pros:
Upwork
- Great for finding Freelancers who can do just about anything.
Fiverr
- It is very cheap and you can also find someone who can do just about anything.
- It's also a great place to get some small tasks done easily.
Online job's.ph
- An amazing place for finding a virtual assistant at a very cheap rate.

Cons:
Upwork
- They charge a pretty sizable transaction fee and most freelancers charge higher rates as to compare to Freelancers on other platforms.
- The process of needing to go through all the resumes can also be annoying.
Fiverr
- You may end up getting a low-quality result unless you are willing to screen your applicants carefully.
Onlinejobs.ph
- You need to pay for a monthly subscription fee while you're looking for someone to hire but this is still worth it because you'll be able to hire people at a cheaper rate.

So which one should you use? The answer is it depends on what you're doing.
