As my previous Hostinger review showcased. Hostinger prices are a MAJOR factor when it comes to their popularity. Hostinger plans are priced insanely low. So, low in fact that I’m not even sure how Hostinger makes money. You can get a 4 year Hostinger web hosting plan for just $34. Or their premium web hosting plan that allows you to host unlimited websites for just $100.

Hostinger is the #1 cheap web hosting provider at the moment. And if you’re looking for a cheap web hosting I highly recommend you buy a plan with Hostinger. Especially during their black friday campaign.

#2 Performance

Obviously cheap web hosting doesn’t mean anything if the performance is bad. But that’s the thing with Hostinger, their plans are cheap, but the performance is great. Their actually better than many more expensive options. I have several websites with Hostinger and I constantly monitor the loading speed and uptime of all of them.

As my Hostinger review showcased my websites load in around 1s even with the #1 cheap web hosting plan that Hostinger offers. If you buy their premium or cloud hosting services that are still cheap compared to the competition you can expect even better results.

As for performance, I did have some issues here and there. But this happens with every single web hosting provider. You can expect your website to be down for around 5-10 minutes each month.

#3 Customized User Interface
Most web hosting providers use cPanel for you to control your web hosting services. However, Hostinger has taken it a step further and developed a custom solution that they call the hPanel. hPanel has all of the same functionality as cPanel, but Hostinger made sure it’s easier to use, faster and overall offers a better user experience.

In my Hostinger review I showcased how hPanel differs from cPanel and what advantages it offers over traditional solutions.

#4 Great Customer Support
While this is unexpected from a cheap web hosting provider. Hostinger offers 24/7 customer support via live chat and email. Hostinger live chat agents answer your questions within minutes. They also use Intercom as their live chat service. So, you’re able to send pictures, links and gifs to the support agents of Hostinger.

This allows you to clearly explain the issues that you’re having and get the best possible support. One downside though that I’ve uncovered during this Hostinger review is that they do not offer any phone support.

Overall, I rate Hostinger support almost on par with SiteGround.

#5 Interface Glitches

Since Hostinger is still new and constantly evolving. It’s no surprise that their interface, pricing models, features that they offer often change as well.
As this Hostinger review showcased. Hostinger is one of the best web hosting providers in 2019 even though they have several downfalls.

To summarize this Hostinger review. I would highly recommend you choose Hostinger as your web hosting provider if you’re looking for cheap web hosting. Hostinger is one of my favorite web hosting providers in 2019. And I hope they keep up their performance in 2020.
