Entrepreneurship is a hard road if you don't understand customer service. That means showing up every single day and fighting for business and for you relationship with your client or customer.

You have to earn the right to continue doing business with them. You have to earn new clients and earn new business, every single day if you want to stay in the game. There is no room for getting comfortable and being soft.

Your motivation as an entrepreneur has to be as much driven by maintaining and growing your relationships as it is growing your revenue. If not you are leaving the door open for your competitors.

You have to work as if someone is trying to put you out of business every day, because somewhere, there is someone doing exactly that. It's called your competition. Someone will outwork, outsell and out perform you, if you are not laser focused on delivering on the best experience and the best value you possibly can.

Don't allow your past self to outshine you today because you didn't want to work as hard as you did yesterday. Every single day counts when you're an entrepreneur.

You are not entitled to success, you have to earn the relationship with your customers and if you fail to do so, then you have failed to earn their business and it is only a matter of time before they opt out. This is where so many of you get things like social media wrong. People are opting out of your list and unbsubscribing because they see your lack of effort and that you don't feel you have to earn it anymore.

Always step your game up, always come for blood, always be ready out work your competition. You are only as good as your last at bat, your last execution.
