Based out of her home kitchen, Anita sells mouth-watering macarons at local popups and catered events in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an entrepreneur, Anita is able to have a flexible work-life balance and spend her days getting creative in the kitchen testing out a rainbow of macaron flavors with inventive fillings. From Galaxy Nutella to Thai Tea, Colette Macarons are a hit with the local community, delighting customers with each perfect bite.
