When it comes to interviewing, no one seems to enjoy the process. The freelancer is nervous and the hiring entrepreneur doesn't really know how to pick one freelancer from another. 3. What is your current availability? Have you worked with people in multiple time zones before?

4. What pay range are you looking for? What are your long-term salary goals? (If I were to ask you what you hope you were making in 2-3 years per hour, after getting experience and positive client feedback)

5. What is your understanding of the job requirements and description?

6. What questions do you have about the job, the business or me? Anything under the sun!
