So many of you ask "How to grow on YouTube" or "How to Get Views and Subscribers", "How Do I Get Noticed"?
Why aren't you asking, "How do I deliver for people, and give them value?", "What about your content will be worth watching?"
Instead of focusing on growing your YouTube channel or getting more views or getting more subscribers or how to get more followers on social media, most of you should concerned with what you're doing that is worthy of attention.
If you're going to ask for 5-20 minutes of somebody's life, are you doing everything you can to make it worth it for them. Are you thinking like a fan? Or are you just in it for yourself?
People need to know that you actually care about them. If you're wondering why you are not growing on YouTube or why nobody is watching you or following you, the reason might be that they realize you are not genuinely interested in them... or even if you are, may be doing a poor job of communicating that.
You may want to actually server your audience or community, but you maybe struggling. Maybe you're overthinking it, or you are not engaged with them or something is holding you back.
