When I'm Feeling Overwhelmed I Try to Focus on Personal Development and the Things That I Can Control, Instead of Feeling Depressed. This Is How I Manage Anxiety and Stress.
Negative thoughts are something I struggle with when I start feeling overwhelmed by taking on too much by myself. It is something that has in the past triggered my depression. When this happens I try to find motivation and also put things in perspective, but I'm learning to ask for help when I need it.
