Welcome to “How to shop for your client”

If you build websites for other people or businesses, then you’re a Pro. Your clients trust you to know what’s needed for a great looking and effective online presence. And GoDaddy Pro makes it easy for you to purchase products on their behalf.

In the process, you earn reward points that you can use to purchase additional products – for your use or theirs. It’s up to you.

When you take care of the shopping, it’s more efficient and saves everyone time by ensuring your clients get the right products from the start. And it boosts your reputation as a full-service provider.

How does it work? It all starts by logging in to your Pro Dashboard, selecting the client, and then clicking Add Products.
Simply add the products your client needs to the shopping cart.
You can then email the cart to the client, who completes the purchase. When they complete the purchase, they’re prompted to give you account access if you don’t already have it, so you can get to work building their dream site.

If a client has previously granted you full permission to shop for them, you won’t even need to send them the cart. You can automatically charge the client’s credit card on file with GoDaddy and get started putting their new products to good use.

Whenever you make new purchases, whether for clients or for yourself, you earn 5 reward points for every dollar spent.
These points can be redeemed for future purchases at GoDaddy.
Your points become available for use 30 days after the purchase is made, and they expire two years from the date they were awarded.

Once you accumulate a specific number of points in a calendar year, you’ll be promoted from Pro to Pro Plus – and begin earning double the points on all eligible purchases.

Pro Plus status also gives you a premium listing in the GoDaddy Pro Connect directory for increased visibility to more potential clients, and you get faster access to Advanced GoDaddy support.
