Summary of this Tutorial:

Start by installing WP Install Profiles plugin then go go Plugins, Bulk Install Profiles.

You will see a default list of plugins that you can keep or delete, to add a plugin you need to use the plugin's URL slug.

After you have chosen the plugins you want to install you can give the list a profile name or click on Download plugins and save profile.

To re-install these plugins you need to install and activate the plugin, go to Plugins, Bulk Install Plugins, and click on Import Profiles.
