How to get more done in less time - stop being lazy and get more done

When you’ve got tons of work to do and you just have no idea how to fit all the hectic work in a day, you pretty much become unproductive. You want to get more done in less time. Learning how to get more done in less time will pay off eventually. There’s nothing more fulfilling than being able to accomplish much by getting productive. That’s why, in this video, you will discover some productivity hacks and tips for entrepreneurs that helps me get more done and will surely help you, too.

The first productivity tips to how to get more done in less time is to know what you need to focus on. Chances are your doing too much because you’ve said yes to too many things. Being an entrepreneur requires you to make the tough choices of what NOT to focus on. There will always be something that you can’t get to, or an opportunity you can’t capitalize on.

To get productive, you must learn the tasks you must do that directly contributes to your growth and to your business’ growth. Prioritizing what is important makes you get more done in less time. By figuring out what really matters to your bottom line, you can clarify the smaller steps necessary for you to get to your goals. After that I try and delegate the rest because it’s not directly tied to the growth of the channel or my business. It isn’t necessarily the number of tasks, but rather focusing on the handful of important tasks that will move us towards our goals. A lot of times items stay on our to-do-lists because they really are not important. They are tasks we can delete or archive.

Another productivity tip to how to get more done in less time is to not try to be best at everything because you simply can’t. Your job as an entrepreneur isn’t to do everything or be the best at everything. A common trap I see my clients and students fall into is trying to do everything themselves. Sure, when budget gets in the way you’ll have to roll up yourselves and do some extra work, however the rest of the time you should be focused on the 1-3 tasks that are going to bring in the income.

Good time management will help you achieve what you want to do. The simplest way to manage your time is to do a little planning through time blocking. You’ll surely get more done with calendar blocking.
